These terms govern your use of Iron Nest Ops at ironnest.hunt-games.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please stop using the site.

1. What this site is

Iron Nest Ops is a free, independent reference and set of browser-based tools for IRON NEST: Heavy Turret Simulator. It is provided for informational and entertainment purposes.

2. Not affiliated with the game

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Nick Nieuwoudt and Dominik Latos, the developers and publishers of IRON NEST: Heavy Turret Simulator, nor to Valve, GOG or Epic Games. All game names, trademarks, logos and assets are the property of their respective owners and are referred to here under fair use for the purposes of commentary, criticism and reference.

3. Accuracy, and the limits of it

We take accuracy seriously — every substantive claim on this site cites where it came from, and we distinguish developer statements from player observation. Even so:

• Games are patched. Mechanics, numbers and mission behaviour change without notice.
• Player-observed behaviour is a description of what happened, not of what was intended.
• The calculators implement the game's published formula. They tell you what the formula says, not what your particular build does.

Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Use your own judgement, and see how this site is sourced if you want to check something yourself.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, or any connected system.
• Scrape, crawl or otherwise access the site by automated means at a rate that degrades service for others.
• Republish substantial portions of the site's content as your own.

5. Intellectual property

The original text, tables, layout, code and design of this site are ours. You are welcome to quote short passages with attribution and a link. Wholesale reproduction — including republishing our tables or guides on another site, or feeding the site's content into a product that reproduces it — requires permission.

Factual data that originates with the game or its developers (mission names, achievement text, published statistics) belongs to its owners, not to us, and our citation of it creates no claim over it.

6. External links

The site links to third-party sites including Steam, community forums and mod repositories. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. A link is not an endorsement.

7. Mods and third-party software

Where we mention community modifications, we are describing them, not distributing or recommending them. Installing third-party software is at your own risk and may affect game stability, achievements, or your standing under the game's or platform's own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron Nest Ops and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site — including but not limited to lost progress, lost time, or reliance on information published here.

9. Availability

The site is provided free of charge with no uptime commitment. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it, including removing or rewriting content, at any time and without notice.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
